In this case, the sky required ISO 6400, aperture f/2.8 and 25 second shutter speed. This is pretty typical settings for Milky Way shots. The light trails needed ISO 1000, f/8 (for greater depth of field), and 25 second shutter speed. The exposures were then composited into one image in post processing.
