This is DAY 13/40 of my new series “ELEVATE YOUR AM” where I will be sharing 40 days of quick and simple breakfast recipes that can be prepared the night before or made in under 10 minutes. Follow @alicelovesbreakfast for more feel good healthy and simple recipes.

INGREDIENTS (serves 2) 
➡️ 2tbsp coffee granules or a shot of espresso 
➡️ 80g oats 
➡️ 2tbsp chia seeds 
➡️ 60ml milk 
➡️ 4tbsp yoghurt 
➡️ 1/2 scoop protein powder (@myprotein code ALICESCOTT for best discount) 
➡️ yoghurt to top 
➡️ cocoa powder to finish 

Method 
1. Split into 2 containers or jars, add your oats, chia seeds, milk, protein powder and shot of espresso (or coffee granules mixed with 50ml water) and mix together well
