Next up on our #MetroRoadTrip were at the Clifton Suspension Bridge which connects Clifton in Bristol to Leigh Woods in North Somerset. One of the worlds most famous bridges the project began way back in 1754 but didnt become a reality until a 23-Year-Old Isambard Kingdom Brunel took over as project manager with the bridge finally opening in 1864. Nowadays its part of life for thousands of commuters and holiday makers across the South West Thanks to @lynnxmariee for this snap!
