Soaking time - 8 hours 
Fermentation - 8-10 hours 

This serving is for 2 people and you can make around 30-35 idly’s. The batter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 15 days.

This is the Perfect dosa batter recipe to make restaurant style masala, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The measuring cup I've used is 60 gm, so please increase the quantity of the ingredients as per the total amount of batter you want to make. This quantity was enough to make a perfect dosa that was 10 to 11 inch wide, bigger than a typical restaurant style dosa.
