My personal approach to classroom management for the elementary music classroom revolved around four basic principles.

Grand Behavior - Music Classroom Management Tool When a music class is misbehaving, or their behavior isn’t “grand” – they lose a letter at the whiteboard. If later they show me behavior that is “grand” they can earn a letter back.
