Anna's Party is a dress item in the Pigeon Kingdom suit Anna's Party. It can be obtained by getting to VIP rank 11. A long two-layered pink and white dress. The top layer is a light pink with short sleeves. The bottom layer is white with frills and fancy decorative patterning on the bottom.
