Whisk for ~2mins on medium speed until foamy. Slowly add sugar on medium speed over 1min. Keep mixing for 5-8 mins until stiff peaks. Add vanilla until just combined. Put in pipping bag with #2 round tip. Pipe on baking sheet with parchment. Add orange sprinkle for nose. Bake at 225 for 1hr. Shut oven off and let set in shut oven for 2hrs.
