She's the gorgeous frontwoman of legendary goth-pop band Siouxsie and the Banshees, which rose to popularity in the 1980s. Her signature makeup look was outré to say the least, and widely copied by adoring acolytes through the '80s and beyond. It's quite a complicated look — obviously that eyeliner takes a lot of work! But this maximalist makeup is completely doable as long as you take it one step at a time. Here's how.
