Tough Mudder/Spartan Races – These races are two different style races where you put your full body strength and grit against the elements designed on the track. Taking on a Tough Mudder race means you’re going to be dirty, scraped up, bruised, and smiling from ear to ear when you’re done. Spartan Races also pit you against the elements and obstacles that are put in your way to make it more difficult for you to make it to the finish line.

@spartan race…Bucket list check✔️💀💪🏼 I placed 33rd out of 179 and Coy placed 25th! We ended up starting about ten minutes late but look ma we made it😂 Lessons learned: don’t wear rings, don’t have nails, don’t wear platform hiking shoes to run a 10k, ya girl needs to do more upper body workouts, Coy is actually a beast, ladies wear your waterproof mascara, & definitely don’t rely on a Starbucks feta wrap to get you through bc you just might vomit😂🙈 Who’s ready to get that…

The Spartan Super in Monterey, California was held at Toro Park on June 1, 2019. A great course and smooth logistics made for an excellent race.
