Nr. 5 in my series of tarot cards. For the emperor I didn't stray much from the design established by the Raider-Waite deck. Kept the Ankh, orb, armored design of the emperor and the mountains in the background. Also the rams heads on the throne were nice so I didn't change those. I did however switch the crown for a more caesar-y crown, because he's an emperor after all. I already made this change on the Empress card, so it felt right to keep it. Some Angelic royals~~~ Emperor and Empress ^^

And so we reach nr 3, card 4, the Empress. I chose to stick pretty close to the original for this one, but made a few tweaks again. I splitted up the 12-star crown into a halo of, well, 12 stars, and a crown that's made of a laurel wreath, based on Caesar, you know, _the emperor_. The scepter I modeled after Queen Elizabeth's scepter, and for the orb I used a S.P.Q.R eagle, because the original references the Roman Empire.
