Computer Access

Directors, supervisors and other designees should use the Computer Access Form to request computer accounts. Upon submission of the completed form, e-mail acknowledgment will be sent to Information Services and to the director of the department in which the new person is employed. This method will allow us to more efficiently prepare for a new employee’s orientation to the IS systems and computing policies and procedures as well as establish their computer account on a timely basis. A Computer Access Form should be completed as soon as the start date of the new employee is known.
