Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)
The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is prepared on behalf of Santa Cruz County under the auspices of the Workforce Development Board (WDB) with participation of each of the four incorporated cities. The CEDS Committee is comprised of representatives of each entity in addition to six businesses entities and institutional partners. The CEDS Committee and the WDB work extensively through each fiscal year to implement the CEDS and prepare updates as required by the State of California Economic Development Administration.
