Balance Scorecard

The Balanced Scorecard method measures a business's performance across four perspectives: financial (how shareholders are satisfied), customer (how customers are satisfied), internal business processes (how efficiently business processes meet customer and shareholder needs), and learning and growth (how well the company can improve and adapt to changes). The objectives, measurements, targets, and action programs are defined for each perspective to help a company achieve profitable growth, satisfy customers, improve internal processes, and continue learning and developing its employees.
