    The pricing quoted is subject to change based on exact measurements obtained during the site
    visit, and is valid for 30 days after submission.

    A deposit of 50% is due upon contract signing; the balance is due after the first 30 days.

    • Procurement for the flower, Packaging and Shipping
    • Cost of operations and hiring necesary staff
    • Creation of the sales system.

    Strategy

    • Procuring flower at a low wholesale price, setup strong online presence, use marketing to
    advertise and get leads. Create streamlined fulfillment process to accelerate sales. Get a
    payment gateway that works with CBD
    • First step is to advertise in online marketplaces to get leads , upload daily content and
    DM every company to create a relationship, Create an email list to send out newsletters
    every week, Have a call schedule to connect with the customers.
    • Growth can go to have physical distribution hubs to service local people, Create new
    products, Build the ecommerce presence to automate sales, Contract out farms,
    Distribute for other companies, Sell turnkey private label services.

    Project Timeline

    Dates in this timeline are estimations only and subject to change as the project progresses.
    After the project has begun the client must pay all costs arising from unforeseen or unexpected
    issues. Be advised that remediation of unexpected issues may result in an amendment to the
    estimated end date for the project.

    Terms and Conditions

    Unless amended in writing, the contents of this proposal supersede any plans or verbal
    discussions.

    Awe Media will provide the services outlined in this quote. The client provides access to the
    property and capital . We will handle the work hours needed to make the project happen

    We discuss profit sharing at equal parts but i suggest profit sharing be after assesing what's
    being reinvested in the business. I recommend monthly payouts after reaching profitability.

    Also taking in account the comission based sales system implemented.

    We can create a joint LLC after reaching profitability, in the first phases we can use either
    awemedia's or Victor's account for distributions.

    Equal percentage cut after the percentage to be reinvested. This assures the growth of the
    business. Distributions have to be clear between all parties involved. The percentage to
    reinvest with vary depending in growth and gross profit.

    Sign-off

    Awe Media proposes to Victor Gonzalez outlined in this proposal for an all-inclusive fee of
    $7,500.00. This includes project management, staff, purchases, labour, scheduling, supervision,
    and quality assurance.

    Additional charges will be included if changes are made to the project scope once this
    document has been signed and/or differences between the allowance outlined above and the
    actual cost of these items varies.

    The next step is to agree to this quote (in addition to any changes that have been noted in the
    presentation of this document) and to sign the contractual agreement which references the
    document above.
