Approaches to Management
As the concept of management states , the

management is effective & efficient utilization of resources. The approach to management tries to identify the relationship of management with other resources. Basically there are two types of approaches to management.

4 P approach to management states that the management is the function of People, Profit, Productivity & Public responsibility or social responsibility.

Important input of an organization. Only resources which living while all

are dead resources.


Opportunity for meeting a good deal.

psychological needs.

PROFIT
Refers to the efficient operation. Refers to the achievement of

goals.
Refers the survival of the

organization.

PRODUCTIVITY
Process of transformation of input into

output.
Comprising Inputs. Comprising Management function. Comprising Output.

PUBILC RESPONSIBILITY
Refers the demand of the consumers. Refers the state and & the Community. It uses community resources. Has to work with the framework

provided by the society.
