This tool is used to systematically define long range key objectives / strategic goals of enterprises based on the vision of the company and systematically develop the ways to meet the goals Suiteable for use as printout
1. Develop or fill in the Vision and Mission of the company. 2. Together as a team, identify goals that would contribute significantly to the mission. Priortise and select the top 5. 3. Copy each goal into the respective into the subsequence table for development of goals. 4. Identify actions to achieve the goal, set deliverables and measures for each action and assign team leader and agree on a timeline 5. Identify next review date to update status and evaluate against deliverables/measures
