But no matter how much closet space you have, theres one thing you cant change: a closet stays in one place. This country-style pine linen closet features three large shelves on top, two shelves below and a big drawer in-between. Best of all, you can put it wherever it works best: in the hallway, in the bathroom or in a bedroom. The linen closet measures 68 inches tall by 29 inches wide by 14 inches deep.
NOTES
1. Read all instructions and check materials before beginning work. 2. Read manufacturers instructions before operating equipment. 3. Always wear safety glasses. 4. We used pine for this project, but almost any wood may be substituted. 5. Drill pilot holes for finish nails.

Read all instructions before beginning any work. Cut all material to sizes shown in cutting schedule.
1. Attach boards (A) to boards (B) using glue and 1 1/4 finish nails. Refer to Isometric. 2. Rout a 1/4 by 3/8 wide rabbet around inside back edge of subassembly (A, B) for board (J). Refer to Isometric. 3. Attach trim pieces (E) to leading edges of boards (D) using glue and 1 1/4 finish nails. Refer to Isometric.
4. Attach shelves (D, E) and (C) to subassembly (A, B) using glue and 1 1/4 finish nails. Refer to Figure 1 and Isometric.

Read all instructions before beginning any work. Cut all material to sizes shown in cutting schedule.
5. Mark locations for dowel pins and drill face- and door-frame parts (F), (G), (H), (I), (M), (N), (P) and (Q). Use two dowels pins per joint. 6. Assemble face frame (F, G, H, I) using glue and dowel pins. Clamp and check for squareness. Refer to Isometric. 7. Glue and nail face frame (F, G, H, I) to cabinet (A, B, C, D, E). Check for squareness. Refer to Isometric. 8. Attach drawer guide mounting blocks (W) and spacer blocks (X) to inside of cabinet sides (A). Drawer guide mounting blocks (W) must be flush with opening for drawer. Refer to Isometric. 9. Attach back (J) to unit using 3/4 wood screws. Refer to Isometric.
10. Cut molding (K) and (L) to fit and attach to top of unit using glue and 1 1/4 finish nails. Refer to Figure 2 and Isometric.

11. Cut grooves in door frame components (M), (N), (P) and (Q) for cabinet door panels (O) and (R). Refer to Figure 3. 12. Assemble doors (M, N, O) and (P, Q, R) using glue and dowels. Check for squareness and clamp. Refer to Isometric and Figure 3.
