    Opening Ceromony Official session, speeches,
    presentation, meeting with the Head of the
    Department of Education of the city Jelgava

    Meeting with the head of Jelgava City Council.

    13:30 -Lunch
    14.00-Project meeting at the conference hall Silva
    19.00- Dinner at the restaurant.
    20.00- Project meeting at the conference hall Silva

    08.00- Breakfast at the hotel
    9.15- Taking delegation from the hotel to Jelgava State
    Gymnasium. Coffee.

    09.30-Meeting with the Head of Jelgava State
    Gymnasium, greeting with the school staff, presentation
    about the school, disscussing about the project.

    15.00- Meeting with the Head of the University of
    Agriculture, greeting with the university staff,
    presentation about the university and disscussing about

    Free time.
    19.30-Dinner.
    20.30- Project meeting.

    9.00- Taking delegation from the hotel to Jelgava State
    Gymnasium. Coffee.
    10.00 Regional/ International Conference ICT and
    Languages
    13.30- Lunch.
    14.30- Project meeting.
    19.00-Dinner.
    5th day- Thursday
    31.10.2013
    08.00- Breakfast at the hotel
    9.00- Trip to the capital of Latvia- Riga.
    10.30- Guided trip around Old Riga.
    13.30- Lunch
    Setting at the hotel in Riga.
    Free time.
    Dinner at the hotel.

    6th day-FRIDAY

    Departure.
    Transfer to the Riga Airport
