    My name is Laura Fredericks. I am a graduate from West Chester University


    where I majored in Middle Grades Education, with subject content
    knowledge in English Language Arts and Mathematics. I graduated December
    of 2014. During my initial college education and through my own personal
    experiences, I developed a keen interest in the area of all things education.
    I strive to provide my students with a rigorous and engaging learning experience to
    reach high, but practical goals. I can identify a strong demand and foresee the many
    benefits of educating young minds in a wide range of grade levels and abilities;
    which has lead me to my current career path.
    While pursuing my degree, I have continued to work part time at various positions,
    from childcare, volunteering in the school setting, along with receiving and utilizing
    my substitution certification.
    I truly feel that my enthusiasm, education and experience would be an
    asset to your school.
