This project will be over the 4 fitness areas we have been discussing:
Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Flexibility.
Your job is to create one poster that covers all FOUR of these areas. On the front side
of the poster, you need the information covered in the table below.

*Aesthetically pleasing= at least 1 picture for each domain (could be an example of an


exercise for the domain. It also means it looks good.


On the backside of the poster, you will need to create a fitness plan for yourself or a
friend that follows the FIT principle for each Fitness Domain. You will also need to
make a goal up for each domain and an overarching goal with a goal date. Days of
the week you will complete the exercise, the intensity (Low-Moderate-High)
and How long, Goal, Main Goal, and Goal Date.
