    From our Principal...

    Dear Parents,
    Seven Oaks MEDIA Magnet is so excited to participate in the
    Blowfish Reading Rewards Program again this year! Students are
    encouraged to read in order to earn prizes from the Blowfish
    Baseball Team. Seven Oaks students will receive tickets to the
    game held on Thursday, June 18th.
    Prizes include:
    Reading 1 book- 1 free general admission ticket
    Reading 2 books- 2 free tickets
    Reading 3 books- 2 free tickets and a chance to march in the
    reading parade at the Blowfish game
    Reading 4 books- 2 free tickets, a chance to march in the
    reading parade, 1 free hot dog, and 1 free Coca-Cola
    Students are required to turn in their reading logs by May 29th.
    Your child's classroom teacher will send home a letter with the
    prizes your child has earned. To reserve tickets/prizes, please call
    the Blowfish box office at 803-254-FISH (3474) or email reading
    program@blowfishbaseball.com. Please be sure to include your
    child's name, school, and the prizes they earned.

    We are now accepting proofs of


    residency for the 2015-2016 school
    year. EVERY STUDENT must have
    new proofs each year. Please bring your

    lease or recent tax statement or


    mortgage statement and

    two different utility bills dated within


    the last two months

    to the school office at your earliest


    convenience. We will accept these
    documents throughout the summer
    until August 3rd. After that time, we
    will be withdrawing your child from
    the database and you will have to
    re-enroll for the upcoming school
    year.
