    Sir/Madam
    We the Citizens Crime Watch NGO-SEC registered Anti-crime organization with SEC Registry no.
    ANO93-01880, dated July 11, 1996, and approved on August 11, 1997, which is fully operating in Region
    VI Western Visayas with about 3,500 active members. Our organization is deputized and recommended
    by the Department of Local Government as Barangay Police Assistance Team (BPAT) in the regional level
    along NGOs, under the authority of Letter of Instruction (LOI) No. 22-99, as Volunteer and applying in the
    local special bodies on Peace and Order Council of our Local Government level.
    We, again appeal the renewal of our accreditation on the Local Special Bodies as partner of the
    Aklan Provincial Local Government Unit, particularly on the Peace and Order, Disaster Risk Reduction
    and Management and other economic and social development program of our province.
    We are hoping and praying that our request for renewal of accreditation be given kind
    consideration and favourable action.
