Earthquake- An Earthquake is the shaking of


the ground due to the moving of the earths
crust.

EARTHQUAKES ARE LIFETAKER

Earthquakes can easily destroy an


economy of a country.
Earthquakes are unpredictable.
All we do is be prepared to stop
further destruction

LETS TAKE ACTION!

Always listen to news and ask what is


happening in social media networks to know
what and when earthquakes can happen.
Also join earthquake drills in school or local
barangay activities to help people to be
prepared..

WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF


EARTHQUAKE

One effects of earthquake is tsunamis,


tsunamis are large waves cause by
earthquake, people who live near the ocean
are prone to this calamities.
It can also destroy an entire building making
the peoples death.

LETS BE PREPARED!!

Before everything else we must be prepared,


and we must have a emergency bag. The
emergency bag must contain the following:

Clean clothes

Canned goods
Important documents
Medicine
Flashlight with batteries
Radio with batteries

Cell phone with batteries


Whistle
First aid kit

FIND A SAFE HAVEN!!

When earthquakes is occurring we must


practice the Drop, Cover, And Roll.
Also after escaping the building find a clear
open space and never go back to the ruined
building to get back your important
belongings because after shocks might occur
When trap shout or use a whistle to attract
the rescuers.

WHAT TO DO WHEN TRAPPED!

Wait for help, try to be calm and look for


possible ways to escape and survive.
Also shout, making the rescuers know where
you are making them find you as fast as
possible.
Always remember be calm, never panic, and
always Trust God And Pray.
