    Protection Regulations 2010. I a m p l e a s e d t o a d v i s e t h a t y o u h a v e b e e n c l e a r e d f o r c h i l d related paid or volunteer work.
    T h e Standards for dealing with information obtained about the criminal history of
    employees and volunteers who work with children, p u b l i s h e d b y t h e C h i e f E x e c u t i v e i n
    a c c o r d a n c e w i t h t h e S e c t i o n 8 A ( j ) o f t h e Children's Protection Act 1993, s t a t e t h a t C h i l d Related E m p l o y m e n t Screening is valid for a m a x i m u m o f three (3) years. Individual
    organisations m a y , however, h a v e their o w n policies w h i c h define the t i m e f r a m e for w h i c h
    this clearance m a y be valid.

    c h a r g e d w i t h a criminal o f f e n c e , o r if a n y o t h e r e v e n t o r incident o c c u r s , including m a t t e r s
    of a child protection o r professional disciplinary nature, that m a y b e reasonably
    considered t o indicate that y o u pose a risk o f h a r m t o children.
