    Dear Ms. Clarke,

    It is with great joy to tell you CN&F has agreed to donate one of our newest
    products, the TravelPod, to your foundation! We at CN&F feel it is important to
    make wishes come true and are very honored to have the opportunity to do so for a
    child in need.

    In the Make-A-Wish proposal, the desired delivery date was Dec. 25, 2015, to your
    office in Albany, New York. Because we are so pleased to be apart of such an
    amazing opportunity, I have personally scheduled the product to be hand delivered
    to the desired destination. Our founder and CEO of CN&F also wishes to be in
    attendance so she can see the joy on the childs face.

    Were very appreciative to have been chosen to make a childs wish come true.
    Helping others is a strong value we hold dear.

    The TravelPod is the most innovative product we have created so far. We take
    delicate care when crafting our products, so our customers can have the best of the
    best.

    With TravePod currently in production, we are unable to approve your request for
    the Make-A-Wish foundation. However, CN&F is more than willing to send a
    Christmas buddle, which will include all of our top-selling toys and personal
    electronics.

    We are still very interested in helping anyway we can. Our product manager, Terry
    King, will call you soon to compile a plan.
