    Minimum 14 years' experience with reputed organization

    engaged in EPC projects in Oil &Gas field

    Should have direct handling experience of minimum 2

    EPCC contract of more than 50Mio Euro (350 to 400Cr) in

    the role of Project Manager

    Functional
    Provides strong and decisive project leadership and

    Responsibilities
    establishes an execution framework to ensure the quality,

    schedule and profitability of the total project execution

    (EPCM, commissioning, startup, and operations as

    appropriate to the project scope)

    Delivery of the project in accordance with the project

    baseline

    Meeting the as-sold profitability target established in the

    project baseline

    Establishes and defines the required project organization

    & coordinates staffing with discipline line managers

    Ensures accurate, comprehensive and timely project

    reporting

    Ensures effective and timely interface management

    between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and

    construction for integration of technical content and

    schedule activities

    Ensure that organizational and statutory standards on

    safety are met during entire execution cycle

    Develops a complete understanding of the contract and

    aligns further with project contract manager to address

    contractual issues and change management

    Assist the site management in developing cost and

    schedule corrective actions/recovery plans and ensures

    that needed actions/plans are implemented

    Establishes and maintains effective client relations that

    result in active cooperation, prompt payment, and

    stimulate the desire to award follow-on work

    Skill Sets
    Strong Leadership skills, decision making, conflict

    management and strong interpersonal skills

    Willingness to travel to job sites
