Since the product is based on POLYMERS excellent shining to the galvanized pipes. It totally avoids pollution problem of Chromium, which is highly hazards in nature, PHYSICAL DATA: A). Handling precautions TECHNICAL DATA: PH Sp. Gravity Preparation of bath Bluish Liquid. : Characteristic. + 100% _ > Nil : Non-Explosive. : Skin irritant, if exposed for long time. : Wash with cupious amount of water : Stable indefinitely, incompatible with reducing agents, :Treatas mild acid. : Less than 5. 01 to 1.02 Fill the tank with water, add SYNTH DEOXIDANT at the rate of 3% to 5% in the tank. Mix well, apply either by spray , brusa or dip method. It gives better performance when heated 65°C and above. OPERATION'S DATA: OPERATION DATA FOR 100 LTS. BATH: ‘SYNTH DEOXIDANT STC : Sits. SYNTH DEOXIDANT STC 2 Sits. Water 2 95 Its. Pointage 1 2to3 Operating temperature : Room temperature or maximum 100°C . Time : 1 to 2 minutes. PROCEDURE FOR POINTAGE: 10 CC of bath solution (5%) may be pipetted out in the conical flask and diluted to 50 CC with distilled water. Add few drops of Phenolphthalein indicator and titrate against 0.1 Normal Sodium Hydroxide. Note the reading when the pink color just appears . The Pointage should be 2to3.
