Buildclub is an architectural practice based in Nottingham, UK. We work closely

withmanufacturersin designing modular prefabricated housing system aimed at
private clients and housing associations. To provide a self build unit which the client
can assemble themselves or be erected by a contractor. The houses we design are
not only affordable but also economical to live in due to their energyefficiency.

What is BC Unit?
Why BIM?
BC Unit is a Prefabicanted Modular Housing System, it is a collections of housing

components designed by BuildClub. Each components of all varieties constitute a
universal system. Collection of components are constantly expansion under variation in
the design and the purposes of individual components over the time.
BuildClub office uses BIM modelling help all the design team and
construction teamwork coordinated, share their information. 3D digital
building model, this building model consist a virtual equivalent of an
actual building section use to create a building.
This system also designed in light-weight, which allows consumers to self-aessmble a

housing package without the needs of heavy machineries or builders, only hand-tools
will be required.

BuildClub is committed to incorporating sustainable design

principles into our normal course of work. We has made a
substantial investment in putting our beliefs into practice by
establishing a team for sustainable design.
Sustainability is about reducing negative impact on the
environment. Aware of that, our design principles always put the
care on every aspect of KIPPINs design, material selection, system
utilising and the way we construct our sustainable, eco-friendly
homes and buildings.
This project was for a single person living. It is a small

unit that has 2 floor space. The cabin has a sliding
glass door entrance, and letterbox-shaped windows
at the front and back.
A large main room contains a fireplace and stove,
with two separate sections for a kitchen and
bathroom which can also be exchange for a electric
heater which can be used off the solar powered that
can be attached to the top of the unit. a place to
cook, a place to eat, a place to wash, and a place to
sleep utilizes the loading platform and other
components from a large truck.

The system composed of concrete modules,

each module leaves the factory in which
completely form and function, which includes:
interior, exterior finishes, insulation, doors,
windows, electricity and water.
The house is flexible system that can be used
as various function, the unit is easy to add on,
side to side, end to end.
BuildClub has, through its staff and its network of professional

consultants, significant experience in delivering certified green
building projects. We are a member of the UK GREEN BUILDING
COUNCIL (UK-GBC) and also a member of the CHINA GREEN
BUILDING COUNCIL.

What is BC View?
What is BC Simulator?
BC Simulator is a housing design simulator created by BuildClub,
programmed for client to create their design closely with BC Unit.
BC View is a mobile application created by BuildClub, available on

Apple iOS and Google Android platforms, a portable platform that
allows clients and BC Simulator users stay tuned with BuildClubs latest
activities and anounments, it also come along with additional features.

even create an ideal design for themselves before contact our design team
for professional optimise and further developments.

A windows that connects to BuildClub Community, allow users to share

thoughts and experience with other community members. A Camera
feature that allow users to review their floorplans in 3D through mobile
display. Moreover, BuildClub brings VR Experience to the plaform, this
feature connects to BuildClub cloud storage and allows users to
download and review their design wherever their mobile device is
connect to internet.

Year 1. We will settle down in the heart of Nottingham city to reduce the time and
cost on traveling for the staff members in the firm and it will be easier to find our
firm for the clients who may want to have a meeting with our architects. We will
particularly focus on promoting the firm in the first year and also we will spend
the rest of time on architectural competitions and prepare our works in order to
greet the clients.
Year 2. We are looking for projects in domestic to grow a brand awareness and to
avoid red figures in finance. Financially, the second year should be the turning
point to reach our future expands in business.
Year 3. By the third year, the firm will reach to the stable condition because staffs
get accustomed to doing to the work and the number of project ongoing. We will
focus on the online marketing to advertise the brand awareness globally. We will
start to save our budget to expand future business in China.

Year 4. This year, we will prepare for the new business in China next year and at
the same time, the business in the UK will be pretty much as last three years. We
will have a research for the Chinese market in the housing, regulations and current
situations and we will also look for the potential area where the branch office will
be located. We will start to promote our firm in a Chinese market. Our bank loan
repayment will be also finished this year which means the firm is able to make
slightly more profit every month.

Year 5. We starts the business in Guangzhou, China. Basically, we will follow the
steps what we haven done in last four years. We will look for our new clients and
also try to attempt to be involved in the rural development.
Year 6. The Company will focus on making the Chinese branch office stable and
we will look for the more clients in the UK.
