Total Expense in Short Term
Year 1. We will settle down in the heart of Nottingham city to reduce the time and
cost on traveling for the staff members in the firm and it will be easier to find our
firm for the clients who may want to have a meeting with our architects. We will
particularly focus on promoting the firm in the first year and also we will spend
the rest of time on architectural competitions and prepare our works in order to
greet the clients.
Year 2. We are looking for projects in domestic to grow a brand awareness and to
avoid red figures in finance. Financially, the second year should be the turning
point to reach our future expands in business.
Year 3. By the third year, the firm will reach to the stable condition because staffs
get accustomed to doing to the work and the number of project ongoing. We will
focus on the online marketing to advertise the brand awareness globally. We will
start to save our budget to expand future business in China.

LONG TERM
Year 4. This year, we will prepare for the new business in China next year and at
the same time, the business in the UK will be pretty much as last three years. We
will have a research for the Chinese market in the housing, regulations and current
situations and we will also look for the potential area where the branch office will
be located. We will start to promote our firm in a Chinese market. Our bank loan
repayment will be also finished this year which means the firm is able to make
slightly more profit every month.

Year 5. We starts the business in Guangzhou, China. Basically, we will follow the
steps what we haven done in last four years. We will look for our new clients and
also try to attempt to be involved in the rural development.
Year 6. The Company will focus on making the Chinese branch office stable and
we will look for the more clients in the UK.
