    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am extremely pleased to recommend Angelica Navarrette. I have known Angelica for nearly three
    years, and during that time I have found her to be a good student and an excellent citizen. I know
    Angelica to be, in general, an extremely capable young individual who will certainly accomplish her
    goals. I am also confident that Angelica will achieve at a very high academic level in her college
    career. Certainly, Angelica is exceedingly bright and highly motivated to succeed.

    In taking some very difficult classes, Angelica has maintained a 3.90 grade point average overall.
    Moreover, Angelica has earned several honors, including California Scholarship Federation and
    Highest GPA award. In addition to, Angelica will graduate with her Associate of Arts degree from
    the local community college. It is also noteworthy that Angelica has had good attendance
    throughout her school career, illustrating her commitment to education. Angelica has also excelled
    in Band, Varsity track/field and basketball. Ive always admired her tenacity and determination to
    succeed in the classroom as well as on the field of play. Finally, I know that Angelica is anxious to
    continue her education beyond high school.

    As important is her outstanding character. Angelica is very mature, and her maturity is evident in
    her ability to assume the greater part of the responsibility for planning her education, establishing
    her goals, and preparing for college. It is also evident that Angelica is well liked by her peers.
    Moreover, Angelica is highly respected by her teachers both for her abilities and for her spirit of
    cooperation with others. In addition, Angelica has excellent manners and is courteous to everyone.
    It is easy to see why people enjoy her company. It is clear that Angelica was raised in a family that
    values honesty, hard work, commitment to personal improvement, and personal responsibility.

    Angelica is truly a fine young individual. She is dedicated to learning and works very hard to
    accomplish her goals, both academic and personal. I feel strongly that Angelica is deeply deserving
    of any help that may be offered. Therefore, I am very pleased to recommend Angelica Navarrette.
