To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Ms. Isabella Chavez since August of 2021. I met her as a sophomore enrolled in my Child Development
course. The following year, as a junior, she enrolled in Health & Family Living. This year I have the pleasure of having
Isabella again in my capstone course Careers in Education.

During the time I’ve known Ms. Chavez, I've seen her display many qualities I’m sure will help her reach her long term
goal of working in the field of nursing, specifically as a labor & delivery nurse. She is able to complete multiple tasks with
excellent results despite the pressure of deadlines. She is able to begin projects on her own initiative, stay focused and
follow through to completion. She has an eye for detail. Her assignments and projects are always thoughtful and complete.
Isabella’s work has always been of the best quality and it is obvious she takes pride in whatever she does. She stays
engaged, volunteers to read, answer questions, or whatever else I may need. I honestly appreciate having her as a student in
my class.

In addition to producing top quality work, Isabella has been involved in both Medical Professional’s Club as well as
FCCLA. During the last two years, she’s participated in leadership roles in FCCLA (Family, Careers, & Community
Leaders of America), serving as adviser assistant her junior year and as president her senior year. As the adviser for
FCCLA, I know I can count on Isabella. As president, Isabella helps come up with ideas, organize the other officers, is
punctual, and is very responsible. Her enthusiasm has contributed to getting more students involved this year than were last
year and I know she is making her mark and making the best of her high school experience. She has taken her leadership
skills to the next level with her competition projects in FCCLA taking first place at the state conference in her event,
Repurpose and Redesign. This year, she is competing again at the end of the month and regardless of how she places, I am
proud of the effort she’s put in. I believe being involved in activities and student run organizations contribute to her overall
well-rounded, good nature.

Socially, Isabella is respectful, courteous and helpful to her classmates. She is very outgoing and can be paired with any of
her classmates for a successful partnership. She is bright, eager, and confident. Isabella is friendly and easy to get along
with.

Please consider Ms. Isabella Chavez for any available scholarships. She is extremely motivated and hardworking. I am
confident she will continue to strive to reach and exceed the goals she has set for herself.
