    4. Gentian Violet

    Measles now or withn the MEASLES 1. Vit A


    last 3 months 2. paracetamol
    FEVER: Ear Infection
    Ask: Tenderness, Pain , Pus???

    ASSESSMENT CLASSIFICATION MANAGEMENT


    Tenderness Maistoiditis 1. Antibiotic ( Cotri and Amox)
    2. Referral
    3. Paracetamol
    Pain, Pus < 14 days Acute Ear Infection 1. Paracetamol
    2. Ear wicking
    3. Antibiotic for 5 days
    4. ff up 5 days

    Pain Pus , > 14 days Chronic Ear Infection 1. Ear wicking.


    2. quinolone eardrops for 2 weeks
    3. Follow-up in 5 days.
    No pain, no pus No ear infection 1. No treatment
    FEVER:
    Ask: Bleeding? Abdominal Pain?

    Bleeding Severe Dengue 1. Referal
    Abdominal Pain 2. ORS
    3. Paracetamol
    Blood in the stool / Dengue 1. ORS
