Debris
Strainer Processed water to waste
Water recycle option available
Strainer
Prevents debris from fouling pump and cyclonic
Pump suction separator. The 0.5mm mesh removes particles
that could block oil outlet of separator.
Diaphragm Pump
Air operated double diaphragm type
Suitable for hazardous areas
Cyclonic Separation Process Self priming
1. Washdown water drains to effluent pit.
Cyclonic Separator
2. When the effluent in the pit rises to a set level a float switch
starts the air diaphragm pump. High G force separation
High separation efficiency
3. Water is removed from the pit and processed through the Recycle capability further increases separation
cyclonic separator. Separated oil is returned to the pit for efficiency
future removal by sucker truck or similar means.
4. Treated water is discharged to waste. Oil Collection Tank
Optional reprocessing of water is available (multiple Collects separated oil
passes through separator). With this option processed Allows water collected with the oil to automatically
water is returned to the collection pit for recycling through drain back to pit
the cyclonic separator. At the end of a preset time the
water is diverted to waste by either automatic or manual
controls. Recycle Option
Manual or automatic
5. As water is discharged the effluent level in the pit falls until
the float switch is activated and the pump is turned off.
Allows large build up of oil to be removed before
water effluent is discharged to waste
Allows reprocessing of effluent and increased oil
separation efficiency
