    Students who have been allotted Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal for admission in 1 year MCA through NIMCET counseling 2011 are required to report from 12-07-2011 to 13-07-2011at 9.30 AM to AR (Admission) positively for admission.

    The Students are required to bring all their Original Documents along with two sets of attested photo copies.
    1. All original certificates/documents including 10th & 12th Mark sheet, Graduation (All Sem.) Mark sheets,
    transfer certificate, Migration certificate, Character certificate from the Institute last attended and NIMCET-2011 score card, admit card, reporting letter along with two sets of photocopies. Students who are appearing in the final year of graduation are required to bring appearing certificate from their institute. If there is a gap between graduation and joining the course an affidavit from notary for the duration of gap is required. Six copies of attested passport size recent photographs. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Disabled category, proof of belonging to the category (the original permanent Caste Certificates) signed by S.D.O./Competent authority with proper reference number and official stamp. OBC Candidates are advised to produce the Certificate for Admission to Central Educational Institutions (CEIs) under the Government of India issued for the Year 2011 (Format attached). The cost of application form for admission is Rs. 100/Demand Draft of admission fee of required amount in favour of Director, MANIT, Bhopal as per following details. Medical certificate from the Medical officer of MANIT, Bhopal. Medical test will be done at Institute by the Doctor of MANIT, Bhopal. Medical test fee is Rs. 150/-. 12. Classes will start from 14th July 2011 for which you have to report in MCA department.
