If traveled by ROAD - Bill of travel agent recognized by Govt. of India / State Govt. (Such bills should carry their Travel Registration Nos.). (Not Service Tax of PAN) If traveled by AIR - copy of air ticket along with original boarding pass. If traveled by RAIL- employee should furnish the required travel details on the claim form. Tickets should be retained by employee for future queries, if any, from income tax authorities. ECC/HED employees need to upload leave in the system through HR. employees should attach leave approval of HR along with Claim Form. Other unit
Covenanted employees seeking LTA without leave after clicking on one / two years block period should click on GO without entering LEAVE PERIOD.
Procedure to lodge LTA claim Step 1: Log into (http://ssc.larsentoubro.com) system using your user id and password

Step 3: Click on EBC submit claims for getting LEAVE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE Module.
Step 4: Select LEAVE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE Module from Claim Type & Click on New Claim

You can Modify the details in claim (Before Submitting) by clicking on Action >> Edit icon.
Please note, After Submitting the claim system will not allow for modification.
Step 4: Please click on Submit Claim to forward claim to SSC for further processing. Please note, processors will not be able to process the claim till you click on SUBMIT.
Step 5: You can take printout of this form by clicking on PRINT icon. NOTE: Now your claim has been lodged in system and status of claim will reflect in system.
System will generate unique claim reference number for each claim which can be used for future claim reference.
