- People often easily find fault with and pass judgment on others based on their own limited understanding rather than waiting for God's judgment.
- A god-fearing couple was sharing thoughts over a meal when they began criticizing a servant of God at length. During prayer, the Holy Spirit revealed they should not judge and that vengeance belongs to God.
- This incident shows how near God is and how unaware people casually judge, displeasing God. It teaches believers to be very careful not to judge others but to fear God and lead a holy life.

NEVER JUDGE
- Sis. Stella Dhinakaran
Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. (Proverbs 4:23) One of the shortcomings that is common with most people is the way in which they find fault with others easily. Besides finding fault they also pass judgments according to their own understanding. These juicy gossips take place behind the back of a person. While trivial matters are being magnified, people forget that in the multitude of words sin is not lacking (Proverbs 10:18, 19). We never ever wait for a moment to think whether judging others is acceptable in the sight of God. In the spiritual realm also, people in the high positions commit this mistake on certain occasions (Proverbs 4:23). This is not acceptable to God! Let me illustrate this truth by an incident given below. There was a god-fearing couple. They were very diligent in doing the Lords ministry. One day, as usual, they were sharing their thoughts on general topics prior to having their meal. As the conversation progressed, their talk centered on a particular servant of God and they began to discuss at length about the mistake committed by him. Afterwards, they prayed for the blessing of God on their meals. While the prayer was being offered, the Holy Spirit filled them and revealed to them saying, My dear children, dont you know that the Scripture says not to judge before time? Vengeance is mine. I will take care of the matter concerning that servant of Mine. One day, I will surely make him realize his fault. Your passing judgment about him is not acceptable to me! When that couple knew that God was displeased with their judging of another servant of God, they trembled for a moment. From that day onwards, they were cautious concerning their thought process. Dear Friend! How near God is to us! Unaware of this fact, how often we pass judgment casually making God unhappy. It is indeed blessed to live a holy life. The above incident clearly tells us how careful we should be. Therefore, let us be very watchful in not judging any one in our life but let us fear God and lead a holy life (1 Corinthians 4:5). Surely, God will take care of all those who work against us. So, let us place those people in the hands of God and He will definitely deal with them in the way they should be dealt with (Hebrews 10:30). Let us ask God to bestow upon us the grace that we never judge others for their actions. Prayer: Precious Redeemer, Give me the grace not to judge others before time. Give me a pure heart and a holy life from today onwards. Hold my hand and lead my life so that it is acceptable and delightful to You. Let this faithfulness be my only aim in life. In Your holy name I pray. Amen.
