While remitting the examination fees, the fee for the Statement of Marks (Rs.150/-) and cost of Application (Rs.50/-) must also be paid. The Candidates who is eligible to appear for the M.Phil examinations for the first time shall submit the examination application and pay the fee for all papers whether the candidate is willing or not willing to appear for the OCTOBER 2012 examinations. Prescribed fee may be paid by means of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the REGISTRAR, BHARATHIAR UNIVERSITY, COIMBATORE 641 046 or through a challan (Green Colour, EXAM FUND ACCOUNT) in Bank of India. Part II Dissertation applying for extension reg. ******** It is informed that the candidates admitted in October 2011 (Full Time) and unable to submit their dissertation before 31.10.2012 are eligible to apply for two more Extensions as per the M.Phil. regulations. The first extension will be granted for a period of Six months from 01.11.2012 to 30.04.2013 and the second extension, if required, will be for the next six months from 01.05.2013 to 31.10.2013 The fee for each extension is Rs.200/-, if applied, on or before 31.11.2012 for the first extension and 31.05.2013 for Second extension. The candidate shall pay a fine of Rs.250/- for submission of application after the above said last date for each extension in addition to an extension fee (i.e Rs.450/-) The application form to apply for extension of time can be had from the Controller of Examinations on request, only for October 2011 batch.
