    1) A study on Employee satisfaction to enhance the present working conditions at Jagajampi Bajaj Pvt. Ltd.. SUB-Objectives of the study: To know the employee satisfaction level towards the organization. To understand the relationship within the organization. To study the communication flow within the organization. To determine the workers participation in decision-making. To find whether there is scope for improvement within the organization. To learn the practical aspects of the business. 2) A study on employees job satisfaction at VRL Limited SUB-Objectives of the study: Assessing the level of job satisfaction at VRL To bring out the opinion and suggestions of employee on the level of job satisfaction and the ways of enhancing job satisfaction. To identify the perceived importance of satisfaction factors and the issues causing dissatisfaction. To identify the satisfaction factors of employee by comparing their responses.

    A study on to know about the reasons, which leads to absenteeism or which form the absenteeism at METCUT LIMITED
    SUB-OJECTIVES:-

    To study what workers want from the company to reduce their workers stress? To study whether the workers are satisfied and proud to work in the Metcut. To study about their nature of job. And to know more support to reduce the work stress.

    4) A study on to known the satisfaction level of the employees regarding training program at TULASI GRANITES
    SUB-OJECTIVES: To find out the level employee satisfaction in the company. To identify problem of the workers which affects their performance To find out the deficiencies in co. policies affecting the employee this in turn affects the co. profitability. To find out the attitude of the workers towards management of the firm and to recommended suggestions to the co. So that the employee enhanced and the employees are motivated.

    To find out the causes for manual accidents and remedies. To study the usage of personnel protective equipments. To identify the awareness of workers regarding safety.     To identify the overall impact of on job training programme provided by BCIL. To find out different techniques used for providing training at BCIL. To identify the training factors which have decisive impact on productivity and quality
