As far as quality is concerned, it is ensuring for our customers to know that we are internationally certified through ISO 9001, HACCP and BRC. We have our own modern and technically advanced production plant, which allows for an efficient and flexible production. We work with high-quality ingredients only and are also very particular in our choice of suppliers. Likewise, it is important to be able to offer relevant solutions to each and every customer. This is secured by our ambitious R&D, where we have highly competent staff who work with sustainable long-term research in collaboration with international research institutes. We also take an active part in product development projects, in close cooperation with our customers to solve specific needs. All in all, this means that our customers can feel safe and content with us as supplier of innovative products.
Service and Inspiration

Customer relations have always been at the heart of our work. Our customer support is an important service, often with long-term customer relations based on individual recognition and personal contacts, appreciated by both parties. Our Bakery Advisory Team, BAT, is also an important part of our offer as an inspiring partner. BAT consists of highly qualified bakery technicians with a long international experience from industrial and artisan baking. They are available to assist our customers with everything from demonstrating our products and optimising recipes to conducting baking tests before regular production starts. Also, they are at hand to offer inspiration and ideas for new applications. All to ensure optimum results and greater overall efficiency.
Everything you need for professional baking

We continuously develop new ingredients and solutions to optimise our customers baking results. As customer needs vary from country to country and market to market, we supply products for a wide range of applications.
CONSISTENCY, TEXTURE & VOLUME

We offer everything to optimise products, giving them that newly baked-feeling. The products range from emulsifiers and softness enhancers to bread and cake improvers. All to improve the texture and volume in all kinds of applications, for baking powder based products as well as yeast raised dough. Our cutting-edge competence is within -gel emulsifiers where we have in-depth knowledge and long experience.
FLAVOUR & APPEARANCE

This segment includes flavours, malts and colouring, all areas where we have a long tradition and extensive knowhow. Our flavours range from citrus, berry and fruit to chocolate and coffee. Our quality malts are based on barley, rye or wheat.
RELEASING
Our release agents can be sprayed or brushed onto tins, baking sheets, bands and other machinery. Depending on the customers needs, we have release agents to be used either horizontally or vertically. They are based on vegetable oils and are easy to use for excellent results.
FRESHNESS
We have a great know-how when it comes to balancing recipes, to secure an optimal baking process and freshness of the baked products. We provide support on location and in dialogue with our customers to analyse and define each customers specific needs. Our enhancers are based on different active components in order for the customer to be able to choose the most suitable alternative. Thereby we can guarantee a basic must; bread and cakes with a mould-free shelf-life for a fresh appearance.
