IVR is designed to measure the performance of the Agents working for the company. IVR mainly targets the performances of the Agents towards getting the Insurance policies done for the customers, before the expiry period. When a policy transaction occurs in the auto or the home processing triggers are generated/set by the system. Policy transactions include new business or changes. The generation of a trigger is generally to represent an action or to provide additional documents from the insured. This documentation must be submitted within a specific time frame. Responsibilities: Attended Business meetings and assisted Business Analysts in gathering requirements. Involved in setting up the environments for DEV / QA / STG-1, STG-2 for this implementation. Designed universes and applied row level and objects level restrictions to different groups and users as required. Interacted with Oracle Apps team members to understand the BRDs and convert them to tangible Technical specs to be used in report specifications. Coordinating with onsite team to update the business requirements. Work handhand during the entire product development. Created Classes (Sub classes), Objects, Prompts and Predefined conditions and user defined objects and custom Hierarchies for drill down purposes. Project Description: Manthan Systems business development has come up with a requirement of creating new set of Business Analysis reports on top of existing OLTP database.
Apple has the worldwide sales of their products. They have many products and in different line of business areas like Software, Apple Care and Professional Services. So we are developing reports like daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. The technical architecture is as follows from the source data has been extracted and put into the EMEA OLTP database from here they configured XT SNAP to extract the data to EMEA database. GCC is exact copy of EMEA database. Whatever changes made to EMEA database it automatically reflected in GCC database. In between GCC and GCA JCM scripts configured it will automatically extract the data and load into GCA data warehouse. And here we have two data marts like GCA Daily Grain and GCA Weekly Grain from these data marts we generate the reports.
