Date.. To The Employer Dear Sir Notice of Termination of Contract Pursuant to Clause 69.

1 of the Conditions we write to give you notice that with effect from 14 days after the giving of this notice we shall terminate our employement under the Contract. Such notice is given on the ground that you have failed to pay the amount due against the Employers Certificate .. dated .. within 28 days after the time stated in Sub-Clause 60.10

Contractor Ltd Alternative grounds for termination will be: you have interfered with and obstructed the issue of a certificate due under the contract you have given us formal notice that for unforessen economic reasons it has become impossible for you to continue to meet your contractual obligations you have become bankrupt or being a company have gone into liquidation All of the above notices are required to be copied to the Engineer
