CONDUCTOR, OXFORD UNI WIND ORCHESTRA JUNE 2011 - MARCH 2013 Led an extremely successful, fully funded 10 day tour to Israel in March 2012 with 39 band members, conducting 3 concerts (also secured extra personal funding from Hertford) Directed a return to financial stability, effectively avoiding closure Reduced spending on music by almost 100%, increased ticket sales, introduced online ticketing etc. Achievements include a silver award in the Finals of the National Concert Band Festival STUDENT SUPERVISOR, OXFORD UNI DEVELOPMENT OFFICE MARCH 2013 Promoted from prior role. Supervised student callers, gave individual feedback, presented in briefings CONDUCTOR, HERTFORD COLLEGE ALUMNI CONCERT OCTOBER 2012 Coordinated & conducted a highly successful college alumni day & concert which raised c. 200 MUSICAL DIRECTOR, OXFORD UNION MOULIN ROUGE BALL JAN - FEB 2012 Organised & directed soloists, chorus & Big Band during the rehearsals & performance of Lady Marmalade & Spectacular Spectacular which opened the Union debating chamber CONDUCTOR, HERTFORD COLLEGE ORCHESTRA JAN 2011 - MARCH 2012 Managed, rehearsed & conducted a performance of Haydns Harmoniemesse, with full orchestra, choir & paid soloists (50+ performers) plus 3 other concerts.
