    1 Providing & fixing false ceiling constructed of

    aluminium T-Bar/L-Bar system of framing. The main load bearing T section shall be 35 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm and L section of 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick fixed at 600 mm centres. The T section shall be held in position by level adjusting hangers fixed at 1200 mm centres. The hangers shall be MS rod or wire fixed to the underside of roof slab by means of ceiling cleats. The cross Tee shall be identical to the main Tees and shall be fixed at 600 mm centres. Fire Resistant Quality of Partical ceiling bolts of approved make of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 12 mm thick shall be laid on the frame.
    False Ceiling ( Gypsum Board )

    Same as in item No.9.2 above but,Providing & fixing in position false ceiling in Gypboard including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in all respects.
