    1. Radio Message from CPPO with citation number CPPOIE-0529-68 2. Standard Operating Procedure II. MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED 3. To determine the circumstances surround the case of multiple murder and frustrated murder against John Paul Lopez, single resident of Kawit Cavite. Who was said to aided the gunman Ronald Bae by Reloading his .45 caliber pistol. 4. To determine his specific criminal liability. II. FACTS OF THE CASE 5. At around 8:00 a.m. of January 4, 2013, a telephone call was received by this station that the suspect went o shooting spree in Barangay Tabon 1 Kawit Cavite. The Police Officers composed of SPO1 Tymil Payuran, PO3 Christopher Servento, PO3 Gerry Cambarihan and PO2 Jaspher Paul Aspiras immediately responded to the place which resulted to the death of the suspect and apprehension of his companion. 6. The suspect undergo examination to determine whether if he is under the influence of illegal drugs.

    7. In the sworn statement executed by Sr. Supt. Alexander Rafael of Cavite Police Provincial Office that the witness positively identified John Paul Lopez For assisting Ronald Bae in the shooting spree. 8. After proper documentation, John Paul Lopez was properly turned over to Chief of Police of Kawit , Cavite Police Station. 9. While waiting the result of the examination, criminal case of multiple murder and frustrated were filed against the suspect before the Prosecutors Office of Kawit Cavite. 10. Result of the examination report gave a positive result to the test of presence of illegal drugs. IV. DISCUSSION 11. It was established that Lopez was the one who aided Ronald Bae in the shooting Spree. Sr. Supt. Rafael stated in his affidavit that witnesses positively identified Lopez. 12. Based on the result of the examination, Lopez was under the influence of alcohol and illegal drugs. V. CONCLUSION 13. This representation indicate that Lopez was the one who aided Bae in the shooting spree as identified by the witness and the police. 14. That the suspects has the intent to obstract and carrying out fear to the people. VI. RECOMMENDATION 15. It is recommended that the suspect be in prison for aiding Bae in the said shooting rampage. 16. It is further recommend this be considered close since the case for multiple murder and frustrated were already filed before the prosecutors office of Kawit Cavite
