    We at Hellgeth Engineering are focused on the modernisation of the venerable Hagglunds Bv206. Our driveline upgrade to a lightweight 2.7CDI, Mercedes-Benz Common-Rail Turbodiesel, and a Mercedes-Benz W5A 580 Tiptronic automatic transmission, equips the Bv206 with the most modern components available. The 2.7 CDI engine provides 163hp, as well as massive low end torque, which makes a tremendous difference when compared to the Bv206s past drivelines. THE POWER, SPEED, EFFICIENCY, RELIABILITY, NOISE REDUCTION and LOW EXHAUST EMISSIONS of the 2.7 CDI have made a lasting impression on more than seventy customers worldwide. Fuel consumption of 9l/hour saves costs as well as extending the range of the Bv206 greatly. Whenever wheeled vehicles reach their drivability limits, the Bv206 is still fully manoeuverable in any type of terrain, such as deep snow, rivers, tundra, lakes, swamps, sand, rocks and steep hills. The full suspension undercarriage allows for a high average speed and a comfortable ride off road. With representatives and service centres available worldwide, as well as spare parts and full maintenance / repair documentation, Hellgeth Engineering is your premier partner for the Bv206, both today and in the future.
