Pallet Handling Brochure

Automatic guided vehicles can handle pallets throughout a warehouse or production facility by transporting materials between storage areas, production lines, packing areas, and shipping docks. They reduce costs by replacing manual labor with automated vehicles. Sensors allow for precise pallet handling to reduce damage and ensure safety. The vehicles integrate with software systems to track materials and coordinate flows for improved efficiency and flexibility. JBT Corporation provides turnkey solutions by integrating AGVs with other equipment, simulations, and software.

Completely Integrated Pallet Handling Solutions

At JBT Corporation we provide more than products – we provide solutions. We will gladly accept the
role of integrating our AGV system with other equipment and software to deliver a complete pallet
handling solution.

Simulations
To ensure all pallet movements are seamlessly coordinated,
JBT Corporation can create a computer model of the material
flow to simulate actual operation and accurately predict what
can be expected from the AGV system.

Software
Our SGV Manager software which controls and monitors the
AGV system, can communicate with production, ERP and
warehouse management (WMS) software to determine the
pallet movement requirements and track materials.

Plant Equipment
JBT Corporation AGV systems can interface with many
different types of plant equipment including palletizers, stretch
wrappers, ASRS systems, conveyors & racking. Sensors
onboard the vehicles allow for communication with plant
equipment, and ensure smooth transfer of pallets between the
AGV and fixed equipment.
