Summer Intern Web application (frontend and backend) developer for VM farm SAS Institute Summer 2013

Designed and implemented the web interface for our VM farm which provides interactive, real-time information on all servers within the farm, allowing users to schedule VM creation, refresh VM images, delete VMs, power cycle VMs. Architected the system together with mentor, and designed the system to copy les in parallel to speed up VM creation. Created a workow management tool to schedule automated tasks. Leveraged PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and AJAX to create dynamic customized content for each user. Wrote backend scripts for cloning, power cycling, and management of KVM based VMs with bash shell scripting. Open Source Contributor Github and Userscripts.org Authored JavaScript plugins for Firefox/Chrome that have been installed by several thousand users. Created an iOS camera application for taking interactive photos in which you can autofocus on any part of a picture after its taken. Also created a web interface for viewing these interactive photos. Science Olympiad Team Captain Enloe High School 2011 2012

Led the schools Science Olympiad Team of over 150 members, coordinated numerous meetings, team selection tests, practices and competition trips. Reformed our system of team selection by implementing rigorous and merit-based testing that was more fair, creating a stronger and more dedicated team. Led the team to win the State Championship and qualify for Nationals for the rst time in a decade.
