May Rpt Rpt every 5 min, watch BP closely. after 4 hrs if indications persist. MAX 400mg Pts ARE taking oral diuretics Max Dose 900mcg (1.5 tablets). (2 tabs) per dose. 1.2g (6 tabs) in 24hrs. 80mg (8mL) IV/IM. Rpt once after Pts age, average size & debility 4g (8 tabs) in 24 hrs 10 min WIP. TMD 160mg (16mL). should receive 1/2 the initial dose.
