Hexagonal Dielectric Resonator Antenna- A novel DR antenna for wireless communication.
8/5/2014 Resume - RF Antenna Engineer :: RF Engineer Jobs
http://www.3gwirelessjobs.com/resume/printpreview/47144 3/9
Developed a new geometry hexagonal shaped dielectric resonator antenna for multiple frequency
operation. DRAs have been of research interest during the last two and a half decades due its low
loss, high efficiency, small size compared to conventional antennas. Many shapes of DRAs are
fabricated and studied. A newly shaped hexagonal geometry is used for producing multifrequency
of operation with a single feed of excitation. This antenna finds application in
PCS, WLAN applications. The electromagnetic modeling of HDRA is done using FDTD method.
