    properly clean old plywood surface
    and use shutter release agent.
    BLOCK C
    1.Dewatering.
    2.Erection of reinforcement steel and form
    work for wall.
    1. pouring concrete for
    wall.
    1.Deep excavation(West side around
    6.5m) has been done in Very Steep
    slope, also surcharged load present.
    1.Provide shoring or proper slope as
    soon as possible.

    BLOCK D
    1.Dewatering.
    2. Curing work.

    1.Finishing of raft is not in proper way,
    Contractor has made the finishing with
    uneven surface.
    1.Contractor has to submit the
    methods statement repairing
    concrete surface with proper
    materials, contractor has to submit
    also material data for repairing
    material. for approval.
    BLOCK E
    1. Erecting of scaffolding .
    2. .Erection of reinforcement steel and form
    work for wall.
    1. pouring concrete for
    wall.



    BLOCK F
    1.Dewatering.
    2.Installation of W/P membrane( 2nd layer)
    1.Pouring protection
    screed.

    1.live cable has been present in hanging
    position.
    1.Provide proper safety precaution
    for live cables.
    2.Provide warning sign.

    BLOCK G
    1.Aplication of anti termite control.
    2. Pouring blinding concrete.

    1.Curing work 1.Tower crane foundation( Between
    block G&C) exist in very critical position
    (Around 1M away from the edge of
    deep excavation).

    1.Provide shoring or proper slope as
    soon as possible.
    BLOCK H
    1.Excavation.

    (PALACE)
    1.Dewatering.
    2 Erecting Bottom layer of reinforcement steel
    for Ra
    3.Form work for wall.
    4.Drainage pipe.in raft

    1.Curing work.
    2.Pouring concrete for raft.
    3.Aplication of primer.
    1.Lot of unexpected materials present
    on the raft.
    2.Honeycombs present in several
    numbers of columns.

    1.Repair columns with approved
    materials and as per manufacturer
    instruction as soon as possible.
    2.Remove all unexpected materials.
    CAR PARK
    (GARDEN)
    1.Dewatering.
    2.Excavation.
    3. Form work for wall.
    4.Top layer still for car park and area B

    1.Soil has been removed from Boundary
    wall(Shaab Garden)
    1.Provide Shoring work as soon as
    possible.
    2.Co -ordination of beam
    reinforcement steel work with
    precast concrete & MEP work.
