Thanks for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself

My name is Sanjay Mishra. I am from sant kabir nagar Uttarpradesh. I did my schooling from
DAV College and secured 68.5% and 61.8% in 10
th
and 12
th
respectively. I have done B. tech in
the field of electronics and communication and secured 7.11 cgpa.
My family consists of 5 members, my parents, an elder sister and a younger brother.
My hobbies are reading theological books, writing poetries, listening to music.
I also have interest in assembly language/ embedded and maintenance.
If concern about my strength I strongly believe in myself that I can solve my problems even in
the tough situations
I have strong will power; I am hard worker and free minded.
Coming to my weakness-
I worry about my work until it is done. To overcome this I schedule the work time that is a
particular part of work should be done in a particular time.
My short term goal is to get a job in this company and my long term goal is to achieve expertise
in my field and to get good position in the same organization.

Why should I hire you?
I am flexible and adaptive kind of person so that I am comfortable to work with any kind of
people and in different environment.
I have a right attitude to learn new things fast.
Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill
all the needs of company from me.

Sir, As I am a fresher I need a good environment which help me to grow myself and my skills
very well and your organization helps in all these things.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?
I have good example for that,

Confidence:

I will try to complete my work without mistake.

Overconfidence:

I never do any mistake in my work.

Confidence is the belief in ourselves . Overconfidence is the over belief in ourselves and our
abilities.



What is the difference between hard work and smart work?-
Hard work means you are putting your full efforts to complete the work/Task.

Smart Work means you have planned and managed your work according to you.
Hard work gives you good experience!

Smart work gives you success!

There is no smart work without hard work.

=>Smart Work comes with Experience.

How do you feel about working night and weak ends?
I'm here for learn something, and I'm fully prepare to give my 100%. If I really want something
then I will have to sacrifice something. Thats why, for me will not matter night and weekend



can-you-work-under-pressure?
Challenges are part of life and pressure comes along with it. For me working under pressure is a
challenge to prove myself. If I take it as a responsibility not pressure then I hope it will be easy
for me.

Are-you-willing-to-relocate-or-travel?
Yeah, I am happy to relocate or travel. Because I love to mingle with different people & Culture.
& it's give me an opportunity to learn things from different areas.

Yes sir, I would like to relocate if company offers it to me. Because its best time to learn new
people and their culture so it will also improve my professional skill. I'm ready for it.

what-motivates-you-to-do-good-job?
My parents motivate me to do hard work because my parents did hard work and sacrifice for my
future and study. They provide me everything for my study. So now this is mine to prove them
that I did not waste your money I use that money for my study.

My parents inspired me a lot, by giving their efforts and sacrifices for my future they proved that
they are good parents, now it's my turn to prove myself as good son.


what-makes-you-angry?
Anger is human nature. We can't avoid it but we can able control it. So, I try to control my anger
as much as I could. But, I could get angry if I feel cheated and deceived.

When I am doing right from my side and anyone raises the finger on me at that time I am getting
angry.

Give an example of your creative?
Creativity doesnt arise on its own. It needs initiation, thinking from different perspectives and
aspects.

how-long-would-you-expect-to-work-for-us-if-hired?

I will work with the company as long as my presence benefits both company and mine. Like
company get good results and I will reach higher position professionally and economically

are-not-you-overqualified-for-this-position?
No sir, I am not overqualified for this job. I am a beginner and I have lot to learn practically.
Your company provide a platform to learn and enhance my knowledge. Finally everyone knows
that no one is overqualified and learning has no end.

describe-your-ideal-company-location-and-job?
An ideal company for me would be the one which will provide good environment and good
security. Moreover, where there's good relationship between employees and boss.
An ideal company is one where employ satisfies its customer and management satisfies its
employ. And these both things mutually reflects in its overall growth. Small but means a lot.

what-are-your-career-options-right-now?
Right now my career option is to get placed in a reputed company like yours. If given an
opportunity for me to work in your company, I would like to enrich my professional skills and
will contribute myself for the growth of the company.

explain-how-would-be-an-asset-to-this-organization?
Hard Work, discipline, determination and punctuality of an employee makes him an asset for the
company. But in my sense, an employee will be the real asset if he/she is going to keep the
words as said throughout the work in the company.

what-are-your-outside-interests?
My outside interests are watching movie and listening music. I want spent time with my parents.
I spend some time for net surfing with my laptop to know the new things.

would-you-lie-for-the-company?
Sir, while working with a reputed and ethical organization like yours, I don't think that there will
ever arise the need to lie. I know the organizations past and I trust its values.
I prefer finding alternative solutions. As focusing on alternative solutions and avoiding lie can
improve our problem solving and reasoning skills. Also, I believe.

have-you-considered-starting-your-own-business?
As a fresher I don't think so. To be a good businessman 1st we must be a good employee. Now I
want to be a good employee by improving my skills by taking some risks. After that basing on
my interest I will think about it.

how-do-you-define-success-and-how-do-you-measure-up-to-your-own-definition?
For me success is when you get happiness in your heart, satisfaction in your mind and reputation
in a society. That day you will be succeed in your life

how-much-salary-do-you-expect?
Sir, as I am a fresher right now, I do not have any experience about salary. I hope you will pay
me that will be enough to full-fill my economic needs and considering my designation. I expect a
decent salary that will justify my abilities and as per your company's norms.

where-do-you-see-yourself-five-years-from-now?
After 5 years of experience now its time to implement it in the growth of organization. I would
like to contribute my experience and skills in the betterment of the same organization.
I see myself on the higher position with more accountability and more responsibility in same the
organization.

experience am a fresher. But as a part of interview, really I am feeling comfortable in front of
